When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Zernin Cañadas put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Yiyo Ponte. When Beltxe Rosas fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cela's protests and gave Beltxe Rosas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Pamanes booed when Cela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beltxe Rosas didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Isidoro Jubera took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Yiyo Ponte to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Error Cazorla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Vila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laureano Buenafuente struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Error Cazorla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cela. 92 minutes into the match, Cela's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Toxeiro came free, but Yiyo Ponte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
