Nicasio Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uxio De Silva having to interfere. Oxel Garzon's late challenge caught a Puente De La Sierra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oxel Garzon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th match minute, El Rasillo CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oxel Garzon to maneuver through the defense. If Angel Bermejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. El Rasillo CF's Uxio De Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Duarte in the 18th minute of play. Uxio De Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicasio Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Uriel Quintanilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernán Carmona, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Oxel Garzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Angel Bermejo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Uxio De Silva was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 33 minutes into the match, El Rasillo CF's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Duarte came free, but Uxio De Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cordera Higuera came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Puente De La Sierra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cordera Higuera couldn't finish the play. After 38 played minutes El Rasillo CF got a freekick which was hit by Gaitano Teruel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Duarte in the 45th minute of play forced El Rasillo CF's goalkeeper Uxio De Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Puente De La Sierra were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Cruz Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute of the match Gonza Jareño sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Uxio De Silva skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in El Rasillo CF's zone, Angel Bermejo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uxio De Silva came out of the goal and Angel Bermejo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th of the match, Angel Bermejo tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Uxio De Silva got in the way and made a wonderful save. If Oxel Garzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cruz Mata, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Eugenio Bergada hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Puente De La Sierra's goal looked a bit too open when Hernán Carmona came free, but Uriel Quintanilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Puente De La Sierra getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Bahiano Vilanova hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Fidel Goyanes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Puente De La Sierra played a much better game than El Rasillo CF and deserved their victory. The El Rasillo CF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
