If Angel Bermejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xian Pardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Uriel Quintanilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Real Madrid C.F.'s Xian Pardo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Real Madrid C.F.'s Xian Pardo got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 92 minutes into the match, Puente De La Sierra's goalkeeper Uriel Quintanilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvito Flores. The Real Madrid C.F. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Real Madrid C.F. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
