Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Lazkao K.E's Brion Landa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee felt a red card was in order, 8 minutes into the game, when Argoitz Izaguirre put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Lazkao K.E getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Argoitz Izaguirre hit a great ball. Oscar Domenech recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aresti Cacheres struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Alberto Menendez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lazkao K.E. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olea AD's goalkeeper Alberto Menendez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aresti Cacheres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 19 minutes, Peder Kampen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lazkao K.E's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peder Kampen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eufrasio Abellan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Olea AD booed when Lazkao K.E was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haimar Aguilar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Aresti Cacheres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberto Menendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eufrasio Abellan, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Bernt Alströmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lekumberri Turienzo in the 45th minute of the match. Lazkao K.E's Peder Kampen got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Etxepare Torres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 58 minutes of play, Olea AD's Galo Lopez de Toro made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernt Alströmer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aresti Cacheres kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Lekumberri Turienzo's late challenge caught a Lazkao K.E's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lekumberri Turienzo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Olea AD's Xian Cordoba got a free kick in the 76th minute. Eufrasio Abellan scored 1-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alberto Menendez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Eufrasio Abellan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peder Kampen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Alberto Menendez made a huge save. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Lazkao K.E players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
