The audience was convinced that Víctor Portillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but René Moya was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Alonso Torres charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alonso Torres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. René Moya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Víctor Portillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Elivareo Vidal hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Heriberto Barba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capmany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heriberto Barba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24th minute, Heriberto Barba made a precise shot to the right of Quentin Puig. Galbarra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 27th minute, Adolfo Ziguenza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iraitz Pascua hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Heriberto Barba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quentin Puig having to interfere. René Moya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Víctor Portillo went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Heriberto Barba's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Quentin Puig firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 43rd match minute, Galbarra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Goi Pena to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Capmany's Adolfo Ziguenza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Quentin Puig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Quentin Puig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Ziguenza in the 70th minute of the match. The supporters of Capmany booed when Galbarra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lauren Cuervas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 81 minutes, Heriberto Barba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capmany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heriberto Barba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Capmany's Adolfo Ziguenza pulled a muscle in his back after 84 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Claus Cortes fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galbarra's protests and gave Claus Cortes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Capmany booed when Galbarra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claus Cortes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 played minutes, Capmany's Alonso Palanques shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Quentin Puig came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Capmany reached it. Aberri Camara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without René Moya having to interfere. When Aberri Camara came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Galbarra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aberri Camara couldn't finish the play. Víctor Portillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. René Moya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Galbarra players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Capmany.
