Montfulla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tobaruela the free kick. In the 15th minute Nono Carro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abundio Rojas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute Nono Carro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abundio Rojas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Nono Carro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Montfulla booed when Tobaruela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lawrence Ladra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mahoma Gandia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Unax Azofra made a huge save.

Unax Azofra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dolfo Mangas in the 53rd minute of the match. If Mahoma Gandia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fiz Lillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Abundio Rojas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 61stth minute of the game Dolfo Mangas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tobaruela's Unax Azofra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Crescencio Rodriguez hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Abundio Rojas made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Fiz Lillo sent off a good shot on target.
