In the 15th match minute, Monzalbarba AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Napoleón Vilanova to maneuver through the defense. Monzalbarba AFC's Vitor Santalla got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 20 played minutes Pioz CF got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Morientes. Inge Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Erosa in the 24th minute of the match. Inge Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Erosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, Arnau Ferrer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pioz CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monzalbarba AFC the free kick. Arnau Ferrer hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Fredo Llorca kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Bibiano Salan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The referee ignored Monzalbarba AFC's protests and gave Zahar Abancens a yellow card for diving instead. Bibiano Salan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Remigio España tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Adolfo santillana fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pioz CF's protests and gave Adolfo santillana a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Monzalbarba AFC booed when Pioz CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo santillana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute George Erosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gorosti España could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Remigio España made a huge save.
