A collision led to Torrubia FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Oso Torrent hit a great ball. Adolfo Climent took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jordi Feliu. Jordi Feliu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Aeropuerto De Alicante's goal looked a bit too open when Crescencio Japón came free, but Adán Redondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Candido Radaban's late challenge caught a Torrubia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Candido Radaban helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Torrubia FC booed when Aeropuerto De Alicante was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Radaban didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Crescencio Japón in the 20th minute of play forced Aeropuerto De Alicante's goalkeeper Adán Redondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adán Redondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chus Pais, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 28th minute Crescencio Japón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adán Redondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Torrubia FC's goalkeeper Jordi Feliu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adolfo Climent. In the 32nd minute Crescencio Japón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adán Redondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Aeropuerto De Alicante's Jordi Feliu threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bonifacio Gonzalez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 36th minute, Oso Torrent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torrubia FC's Jordi Feliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Gonzalez in the 41st minute of play. Pirro Fabelo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the game, Torrubia FC's Chus Pais nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adán Redondo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Crescencio Japón to make the kick off. After 57 minutes, Delfino Cuervas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Torrubia FC and the Aeropuerto De Alicante players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Torrubia FC's Delfino Cuervas got a free kick in the 57th minute. After 59 played minutes, Aeropuerto De Alicante's Candido Radaban shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jordi Feliu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aeropuerto De Alicante reached it. Jordi Feliu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bonifacio Gonzalez's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Bonifacio Gonzalez put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jordi Feliu. Adolfo Climent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adolfo Climent struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Jordi Feliu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aeropuerto De Alicante. Crescencio Japón received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adán Redondo came out and tried to block the shot, but Crescencio Japón slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 85th minute. Jordi Feliu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bonifacio Gonzalez went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Adán Redondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Crescencio Japón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 minutes, Cai Moreira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aeropuerto De Alicante and the Torrubia FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 93 played minutes Aeropuerto De Alicante got a freekick which was hit by Cai Moreira. Adán Redondo had great luck who in the 95thth minute grab hold of the ball when Crescencio Japón from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Chus Pais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Torrubia FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Aeropuerto De Alicante.
