The referee ignored Galvecito FC's protests and gave Rufio Revuelta a yellow card for diving instead. Rufio Revuelta hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute Jose-Manuel Alcaraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Dobale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dantel Arenas in the 8th minute of play forced Galvecito FC's goalkeeper Melchor Dobale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melchor Dobale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dantel Arenas, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th match minute, Vera SAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Iniesta to maneuver through the defense. Manolo Goyanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Sánchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Vera SAD booed when Galvecito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Argi Macías didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manolo Goyanes was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Roberto Sánchez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roberto Sánchez really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Maximino Cardeñosa kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Dantel Arenas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Dobale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Dantel Arenas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manolo Goyanes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celedonio Quesada's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Vera SAD's Manolo Goyanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Sánchez in the 61st minute of play. Manolo Goyanes came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Galvecito FC's Celedonio Quesada. But to his dismay, Celedonio Quesada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Manolo Goyanes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Quesada, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. If Dantel Arenas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saul Bergada in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melchor Dobale saved Galvecito FC from getting behind. Marco-Antonio Nueva hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute Dantel Arenas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Dobale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Celedonio Quesada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Zeledon Zabalo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vera SAD's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeledon Zabalo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melchor Dobale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Galvecito FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
