The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Veremundo Turienzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrico Lacorte, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. The audience was convinced that Enrico Lacorte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Veremundo Turienzo was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. The supporters of Lobosillo booed when Benia De Onis SD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Estebano Zapater didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Benia De Onis SD's goalkeeper Veremundo Turienzo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Ekaitz Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Benia De Onis SD's supporters rose to their feet, but Ekaitz Moreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Vacas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute, Silvano Rivas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Lobosillo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Benia De Onis SD were winning 0-1.

Celso Vacas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ekaitz Moreira in the 54th minute of the match. Iyan Bargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veremundo Turienzo having to interfere. After 59 played minutes Benia De Onis SD got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Acedo. Silvano Rivas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Celso Vacas made a huge save. 65 minutes into the match, Benia De Onis SD's Ekaitz Moreira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celso Vacas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Benia De Onis SD's zone, Iyan Bargas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Veremundo Turienzo came out of the goal and Iyan Bargas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 70 minutes into the match, Benia De Onis SD's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Lacorte came free, but Veremundo Turienzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 played minutes Benia De Onis SD got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Cortes. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Enrico Lacorte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lobosillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrico Lacorte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Veremundo Turienzo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Silvano Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Celso Vacas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Enrico Lacorte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lobosillo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrico Lacorte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iyan Bargas kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The Benia De Onis SD players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
