Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Martín Ponce kicked off to start the match. Benia De Onis SD's Silvano Rivas got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 4 minutes into the match, Esposende's goal looked a bit too open when Ekaitz Moreira came free, but Julián Ziguenza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julián Ziguenza made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Silvano Rivas sent off a good shot on target. Julián Ziguenza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekaitz Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Martín Ponce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 23 minutes, Xusto Arias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Benia De Onis SD and the Esposende players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xusto Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Benia De Onis SD's goalkeeper Veremundo Turienzo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benia De Onis SD's Xusto Arias got his second yellow card of the match in the 25th minute. The referee ordered Xusto Arias off the ground. The supporters of Esposende booed when Benia De Onis SD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xusto Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Martín Ponce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garaona Labarra took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Veremundo Turienzo. Veremundo Turienzo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Velasco Delgado in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Veremundo Turienzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Esposende's Martín Ponce got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Velasco Delgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvano Rivas to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Silvano Rivas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Benia De Onis SD's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Rivas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julián Ziguenza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Silvano Rivas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Veremundo Turienzo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Velasco Delgado in the 61st minute. Velasco Delgado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Veremundo Turienzo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Julián Ziguenza came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Benia De Onis SD's Silvano Rivas. But to his dismay, Silvano Rivas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 88 minutes into the match, Silvano Rivas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julián Ziguenza. Esposende's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvano Rivas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If Bela Peña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Benia De Onis SD had won after a very even match.
