The referee ignored Louredo SD's protests and gave Primo De Pablo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Louredo SD getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Primo De Pablo hit a great ball. Honorio Crespo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Vadillos in the 13th minute of play. Bernardo Vadillos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Honorio Crespo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Arroa booed when Louredo SD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Santalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabio Manzano hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute of the match Dimo Rivera sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Honorio Crespo skillfully saved the ball. Honorio Crespo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Vadillos in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Bernardo Vadillos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Crespo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arroa's Honorio Crespo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carles Acedo in the 43rd minute of play. Honorio Crespo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Vadillos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honorio Crespo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carles Acedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anastasio Ledo was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Tomás Feliu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Espartaco Sacristán skillfully saved the ball. After 53 played minutes Louredo SD got a freekick which was hit by Primo De Pablo. Anastasio Ledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Espartaco Sacristán tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Oliverio Abascal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anastasio Ledo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Espartaco Sacristán having to make a save. Carles Acedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Honorio Crespo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carles Acedo ran back to his position shaking his head. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Honorio Crespo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Louredo SD's Espartaco Sacristán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliverio Abascal in the 69th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Louredo SD's Bernardo Vadillos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Honorio Crespo. That made the score 0-1 after 74 minutes of play. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Bernardo Vadillos sped through Arroa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Honorio Crespo. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Louredo SD had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
