Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rolando Viqueira kicked off to start the match. Esdras Cabrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Ledo in the 4th minute of play. Oliverio Abascal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esdras Cabrera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Roses AFC's Paul Verdaguer got a free kick in the 16th minute. Demario Quintanilla was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 16th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Arroa's zone, Rolando Viqueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorio Crespo came out of the goal and Rolando Viqueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Xulio Jimenez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roses AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xulio Jimenez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Viqueira in the 27th minute of play forced Arroa's goalkeeper Honorio Crespo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Rolando Viqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Crespo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Roses AFC booed when Arroa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efraín Morales didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Viqueira in the 36th minute of play forced Arroa's goalkeeper Honorio Crespo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matxin Manzano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Esdras Cabrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Anastasio Ledo made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Roses AFC's Ceferino Llinares got a free kick in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Roses AFC's goalkeeper Esdras Cabrera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oliverio Abascal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Ledo in the 60th minute of play forced Roses AFC's goalkeeper Esdras Cabrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Esdras Cabrera managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Arroa's Oliverio Abascal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 66th match minute, Roses AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Viqueira to maneuver through the defense. If Rolando Viqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, one of Arroa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Honorio Crespo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xulio Jimenez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliverio Abascal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Arroa's Anastasio Ledo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esdras Cabrera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Esdras Cabrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matxin Manzano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute of the match Arroa got a corner. Roses AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Demario Quintanilla ran over to the corner to take the kick. Oliverio Abascal made a great header on Arroa's corner, it was just that Roses AFC's Esdras Cabrera managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Roses AFC had won after a very even match.
