Alexandro Duarte charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexandro Duarte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexandro Duarte hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Anchel Bueno hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Loren Treviño in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Error Palacios saved Flaça from getting behind. Error Palacios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Adán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Flaça's zone, Loren Treviño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Error Palacios came out of the goal and Loren Treviño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adán Urruti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ponc Millán went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Adán Urruti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Musko Colillas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gervasio Adán received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Error Palacios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ponc Millán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Flaça's Musko Colillas got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Flaça's Error Palacios proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Flaça from getting a goal against them. Ponc Millán fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adán Urruti having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Musko Colillas put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Adán Urruti. Ponc Millán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of Flaça:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vilanoveta FC:s goal. Adán Urruti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ponc Millán in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute Ponc Millán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adán Urruti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ponc Millán took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adán Urruti. Adán Urruti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Error Palacios made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Gervasio Adán sent off a good shot on target. In the 81st minute, Gervasio Adán got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 84 minutes, Loren Treviño mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vilanoveta FC and the Flaça players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Flaça booed when Vilanoveta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loren Treviño didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Flaça's Euloxu Hernandez got a free kick in the 86th minute. Euloxu Hernandez hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Gervasio Adán's late challenge caught a Flaça's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gervasio Adán helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, Gervasio Adán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 96 minutes, Gervasio Adán managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vilanoveta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gervasio Adán was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
