An unexpectedly hard shot by Oihan Maroto in the 3rd minute of play forced Sojuela FC's goalkeeper Amadeo Buendia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 5 minutes of play, Casas Del Castañar AD's Oihan Maroto made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeo Buendia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Castel Clemente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigfrido Segarra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Casas Del Castañar AD's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Segarra came free, but Castel Clemente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeo Buendia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oihan Maroto, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Bartolo Cifuentes fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Casas Del Castañar AD's protests and gave Bartolo Cifuentes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st match minute, Casas Del Castañar AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Cifuentes to maneuver through the defense. Castel Clemente made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Patricio Reina sent off a good shot on target. Lobo Rapado hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Atauri Alarcon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39thth minute of the game Atauri Alarcon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sojuela FC's Amadeo Buendia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Sigfrido Segarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Castel Clemente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigfrido Segarra in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Oihan Maroto made the kick off in the second half. If Patricio Reina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sojuela FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Reina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Castel Clemente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. César Iniesta charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed César Iniesta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Castel Clemente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigfrido Segarra in the 73rd minute of play. When Patricio Reina came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Sojuela FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Reina couldn't finish the play. If Atauri Alarcon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Sojuela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oihan Maroto came free, but Amadeo Buendia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Oihan Maroto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Buendia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeo Buendia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atauri Alarcon in the 91st minute.
