After a rather tough play, Godella's Lleir Orbiz got a free kick in the 5th minute. Hector-Luis Vuelta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Garikoitz Abascal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Mel Diaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Prometeo Mezquita hit a great ball. Salianç's Garikoitz Abascal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mel Diaz in the 25th minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mel Diaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes, Godella's Marcelino Quintanilla shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Garikoitz Abascal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Godella reached it. Xofre Vazquez's late challenge caught a Godella's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xofre Vazquez helped the player get up and apologised. Xofre Vazquez hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Mel Diaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Godella's Mel Diaz got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nayely Titos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Planes in the 66th minute of the match. Garikoitz Abascal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector-Luis Vuelta in the 69th minute. Nayely Titos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Planes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dagoberto Planes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, one of Godella:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Godella. Nayely Titos had in the 81stth minute some difficulties stopping Xofre Vazquez's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 87thth minute of the game Jeremias Tobia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Godella's Nayely Titos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Salianç's Xofre Vazquez got a free kick in the 89th minute. Nayely Titos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Planes in the 92nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector-Luis Vuelta got free with Garikoitz Abascal in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
