Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Manel Zafrilla got the match started through his kick off. Ferrer Morado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Macerio Naranjo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xuaco Calderon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Picanya booed when Llivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Llivia's Macerio Naranjo got control of the ball when Ferrer Morado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aketza Morales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gartzea Santiago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gartzea Santiago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xuaco Calderon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 played minutes Picanya got a freekick which was hit by Osoro Rubio. Pericles Novo missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 40 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Gartzea Santiago right hand side. In the 44th minute Xuaco Calderon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gartzea Santiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Picanya getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Jesús Morado hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xuaco Calderon to make the kick off. Gartzea Santiago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aketza Morales in the 52nd minute. Aketza Morales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gartzea Santiago having to interfere. A collision led to Llivia getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Claudio Vagrande hit a great ball. With a little luck, Picanya's Gartzea Santiago got control of the ball when Aketza Morales tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Llivia! In the 71st minute there was a penalty for Picanya. Osoro Rubio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Macerio Naranjo. 1-0. 77 minutes into the game, Manel Zafrilla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Macerio Naranjo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Ferrer Morado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Picanya's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferrer Morado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Macerio Naranjo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute, Llivia's Xuaco Calderon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gartzea Santiago. Gartzea Santiago yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Ferrer Morado charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferrer Morado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aketza Morales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Espinosa kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Picanya were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Llivia for a fine match.
