After 3 minutes, Nikola Diaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guillena SAD and the Campico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Guillena SAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikola Diaz to maneuver through the defense. Vermudo Alcalde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amarante Canturri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Amarante Canturri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vermudo Alcalde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amarante Canturri in the 20th minute of the match. Che Bodelon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gai De Pedro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Che Bodelon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guillena SAD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Che Bodelon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valery Galnares's late challenge caught a Guillena SAD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. One of Campico:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Guillena SAD:s goal. In the 28th minute there was a penalty for Guillena SAD. Zoilo Camara stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gai De Pedro. 0-1. Gai De Pedro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nayely Canal in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute Amarante Canturri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vermudo Alcalde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guillena SAD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Che Bodelon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Che Bodelon was the one to do the kick off. Nayely Canal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 played minutes Campico got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Leon. In the 61st minute, Campico's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nayely Canal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Lorien Bueno charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorien Bueno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lorien Bueno hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Amor Espinosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vermudo Alcalde having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Che Bodelon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guillena SAD's supporters rose to their feet, but Che Bodelon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gai De Pedro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the match, Nayely Canal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gai De Pedro. Campico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nayely Canal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Amor Espinosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vermudo Alcalde having to interfere. After 84 minutes of play, Campico's Amarante Canturri made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vermudo Alcalde was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Leon during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 90th minute, Carlos Leon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amor Espinosa in the 93rd minute of play forced Guillena SAD's goalkeeper Vermudo Alcalde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Guillena SAD had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
