Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Amato Babia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Elazar Galdamez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Ofelio Rosario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ofelio Rosario stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valdo Reina's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Carlos Mudarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ezcaray's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Mudarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justino Colsa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valdo Reina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ofelio Rosario read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Justino Valverde's late challenge caught a Villafranqueza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justino Valverde helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ezcaray getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Justino Valverde hit a great ball. Valdo Reina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ofelio Rosario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elazar Galdamez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Villafranqueza's Valdo Reina got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th match minute, Ezcaray was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xesc Camarasa to maneuver through the defense. Justino Colsa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amato Babia in the 33rd minute of the match. Maximiliano Camara took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ofelio Rosario. Ezcaray's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Carlos Mudarra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Ofelio Rosario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdo Reina in the 60th minute of play. Valdo Reina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ofelio Rosario having to interfere. Maurino Caminero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Justino Colsa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ofelio Rosario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdo Reina in the 74th minute of the match. Carlos Mudarra kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. If Elazar Galdamez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valdo Reina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ofelio Rosario having to interfere. Maurino Caminero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Colsa having to interfere. Villafranqueza's Justino Colsa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amato Babia in the 96th minute of play. Maurino Caminero struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Justino Colsa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ezcaray.
