In the 3rd minute Paquito Justo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiko Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kiko Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Sacristán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6thth minute of the game Norino Font who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lugarico De Cerdan's Kiko Torres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Francis Montaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Lugarico De Cerdan's goal looked a bit too open when Josete Armada came free, but Kiko Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jesús Huerta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesús Huerta charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jesús Huerta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Zuera CF booed when Lugarico De Cerdan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesús Huerta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaudencio Sacristán's late challenge caught a Lugarico De Cerdan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaudencio Sacristán helped the player get up and apologised. After 33 played minutes Zuera CF got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Sacristán. Kiko Torres came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Zuera CF's Josete Armada. But to his dismay, Josete Armada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francis Montaña during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute, Francis Montaña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haroldo Ladra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Belarmo Marines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haroldo Ladra got free with Belarmo Marines in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

53 minutes into the game, Esdras Cifuentes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lugarico De Cerdan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zuera CF the free kick. After 53 played minutes Lugarico De Cerdan got a freekick which was hit by Esdras Cifuentes. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Josete Armada in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kiko Torres saved Lugarico De Cerdan from getting behind. After some careless play in the Lugarico De Cerdan defense, Norino Font kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kiko Torres. The Lugarico De Cerdan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kiko Torres should have stopped the shot. Agapito Dagora hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesús Huerta in the 71st minute of play forced Zuera CF's goalkeeper Belarmo Marines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th match minute, Zuera CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agapito Dagora to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Lugarico De Cerdan's goal looked a bit too open when Josete Armada came free, but Kiko Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Haroldo Ladra in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Belarmo Marines prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute of the match Sebastián Abad sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Belarmo Marines skillfully saved the ball. Josete Armada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Kiko Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Zuera CF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
