In the 36th minute Leocadio Muelas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gamus Riells saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gamus Riells showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leocadio Muelas in the 37th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Cecilio Manrique was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Canyelles AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saceruela CF the free kick. A collision led to Canyelles AFC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. After 41 played minutes, Saceruela CF's Chico Durango shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gamus Riells came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saceruela CF reached it. 46 minutes into the match, Saceruela CF's goal looked a bit too open when Miliano Villar came free, but Uriel Cayuela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leocadio Muelas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Miliano Villar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Cayuela having to interfere.
