Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aquiles Urquijo kicked off to start the match. An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by Aquiles Urquijo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Baraxil Jimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bilbo Otero in the 16th minute of the match. Alvaro Rico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baraxil Jimenez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bilbo Otero went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Lluc Garate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Urquijo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lluc Garate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Urquijo in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nova Canet AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomi Quiroga was slow to take the kick. During this time Vilaronte CD's players had a chance to rest. Jerold Campomanes was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Vilaronte CD's Atilio Pareja shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 47th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lluc Garate but with some difficulty. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bilbo Otero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Vilaronte CD's goalkeeper Baraxil Jimenez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvaro Rico. 57 minutes into the match, Aquiles Urquijo notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Nova Canet AFC's Lluc Garate. Lluc Garate was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aquiles Urquijo took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lluc Garate. Lluc Garate dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After 69 minutes, Sarracino Serrano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vilaronte CD and the Nova Canet AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th match minute, Vilaronte CD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sarracino Serrano to maneuver through the defense. Lluc Garate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Urquijo in the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Nova Canet AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Aita Cacheres came free, but Lluc Garate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Alvaro Rico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baraxil Jimenez. Vilaronte CD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Rico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Lluc Garate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Urquijo in the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Aita Cacheres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lluc Garate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nova Canet AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
