Marques Carceles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rexino Arratia's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. If Richie Quijana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rexino Arratia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Urnieta's zone, Cesaro Bajo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quico Llorente came out of the goal and Cesaro Bajo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesaro Bajo in the 42nd minute of play forced Urnieta's goalkeeper Quico Llorente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Cesaro Bajo made the kick off in the second half. Urnieta's Quico Llorente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henric Ortiz in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Urnieta's goal looked a bit too open when Henric Ortiz came free, but Quico Llorente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richie Quijana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Marques Carceles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rexino Arratia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marques Carceles having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rexino Arratia in the 71st minute of play forced Artozqui CF's goalkeeper Marques Carceles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Richie Quijana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Artemio Izaguirre charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artemio Izaguirre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Urnieta booed when Artozqui CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Izaguirre didn't get a good kick on the ball.
