But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pancho Arribas couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Pancho Arribas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Narciso Sancho was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Noreña's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fargue FC the free kick. René Machado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alba Bergada. Noreña's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Fargue FC defense, Odilon Campos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Sancho. The Fargue FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Sancho should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute Pancho Arribas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Sancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Noreña booed when Fargue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Camaño didn't get a good kick on the ball.
