The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Laurin Cao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Aceves scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sancho Pedriza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Josias Adán kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortun Gabas in the 20th minute of play forced Casas Del Roldan's goalkeeper Sancho Pedriza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julio Aceves in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sancho Pedriza saved Casas Del Roldan from getting behind. Patricio Camarasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Covet's goalkeeper Leal Hidalgo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Covet's Leal Hidalgo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Covet from getting a goal against them. Oro Uria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the game, Patricio Camarasa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Casas Del Roldan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Covet the free kick. Patricio Camarasa hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Casas Del Roldan's goal looked a bit too open when Oro Uria came free, but Sancho Pedriza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patricio Camarasa in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leal Hidalgo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Laurin Cao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Patricio Camarasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Casas Del Roldan's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Camarasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leal Hidalgo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oro Uria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Sancho Pedriza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Casas Del Roldan players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Covet were winning 0-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oro Uria was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Casas Del Roldan's zone, Julio Aceves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sancho Pedriza came out of the goal and Julio Aceves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the game, Laurin Cao cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Leal Hidalgo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Patricio Camarasa struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Leal Hidalgo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Casas Del Roldan. Patricio Camarasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leal Hidalgo having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Covet players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Casas Del Roldan.
