Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lliria SD's Gartzea Arias started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Lliria SD getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Montay Alcantara hit a great ball. When Carlos Nieto came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Las Quinientas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Nieto couldn't finish the play. Isaias Pascual made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Carlos Nieto sent off a good shot on target. When Natanael Feliu fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lliria SD's protests and gave Natanael Feliu a yellow card for diving instead. Natanael Feliu kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Montay Alcantara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lliria SD's supporters rose to their feet, but Montay Alcantara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedicto Zaplana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Las Quinientas FC's Cipriano Marques got a free kick in the 26th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gartzea Arias in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benedicto Zaplana saved Las Quinientas FC from getting behind. Gartzea Arias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benedicto Zaplana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Arsenio Rivas hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Arsenio Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute Gartzea Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Zaplana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Las Quinientas FC's Cipriano Marques got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Benedicto Zaplana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gartzea Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 47 minutes, Carlos Nieto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Las Quinientas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Nieto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Nieto to strike the kick off in the second half. Gartzea Arias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benedicto Zaplana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Montay Alcantara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Zaplana having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Las Quinientas FC's Carlos Nieto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isaias Pascual made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Benedicto Zaplana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gartzea Arias's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Cipriano Marques hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. When Lliria SD's Gartzea Arias, in the 69th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Lliria SD. During the 71st minute of the match Cipriano Marques completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cipriano Marques a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Cipriano Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Gartzea Arias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Gartzea Arias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedicto Zaplana was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Las Quinientas FC's zone, Gartzea Arias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Zaplana came out of the goal and Gartzea Arias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Las Quinientas FC defense, Montay Alcantara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedicto Zaplana. The Las Quinientas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedicto Zaplana should have stopped the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
