Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fredo Alarcon got the match started through his kick off. Celso Cifuentes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 8th minute. El Rieral's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 10 played minutes Berninches SAD got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Mendez. In the 14th minute, Aparicio Gil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, El Rieral's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo De Toro came free, but Ariando Balcells reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo De Toro in the 17th minute of play forced El Rieral's goalkeeper Ariando Balcells to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Berninches SAD's Anselmo De Toro in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Rieral's goalie prevented a goal. Ariando Balcells made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredo Alarcon in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Dario Redondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the El Rieral defense, Fredo Alarcon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ariando Balcells. The El Rieral fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ariando Balcells should have stopped the shot. If Jorge Losantos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fredo Alarcon might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ariando Balcells. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fredo Alarcon ran back to his position shaking his head. Cai Gasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Cifuentes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celso Cifuentes was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Jorge Losantos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cai Gasso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ferdinand Acosta charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferdinand Acosta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Celso Cifuentes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 64 minutes of play, El Rieral's Jorge Losantos made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cai Gasso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jorge Losantos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Berninches SAD booed when El Rieral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Sanz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cai Gasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Losantos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Losantos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Cai Gasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Cifuentes might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cai Gasso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celso Cifuentes ran back to his position shaking his head. Cai Gasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Losantos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute Fredo Alarcon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariando Balcells saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo De Toro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Celso Cifuentes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Cifuentes in the 95th minute of play forced Berninches SAD's goalkeeper Cai Gasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Pepito Fernandez fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berninches SAD's protests and gave Pepito Fernandez a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Berninches SAD's Pepito Fernandez got a free kick in the 97th minute. El Rieral's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
