After having played for 4 minutes, Jusepe Etxeberria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lezo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jusepe Etxeberria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jaime Pais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juanito Naranjo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Pais in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petronio Hidalgo saved Lezo FC from getting behind. Barros Saura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lezo FC's goalkeeper Petronio Hidalgo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Lezo FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Adolfo Taules hit a great ball. If Dalmu Valdivia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dalmu Valdivia in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petronio Hidalgo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute, Jusepe Etxeberria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jusepe Etxeberria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergi Salgado having to interfere. Lezo FC's Juanito Naranjo got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The referee ordered Juanito Naranjo off the ground. In the 42nd minute, Juanito Naranjo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Pais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Jaime Pais scored 0-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petronio Hidalgo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dalmu Valdivia struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Petronio Hidalgo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valsequillo De Gran Canaria SD. Zarbonin Etxeberria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Sergi Salgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zarbonin Etxeberria charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zarbonin Etxeberria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd rose to their feet as Valsequillo De Gran Canaria SD's Dalmu Valdivia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Petronio Hidalgo. That made the score 0-2 after 66 minutes of play. Valsequillo De Gran Canaria SD's Jaime Pais got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jaime Pais's late challenge caught a Lezo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Pais helped the player get up and apologised. Petronio Hidalgo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmu Valdivia in the 76th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Jusepe Etxeberria notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Valsequillo De Gran Canaria SD's Sergi Salgado. Sergi Salgado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Lezo FC booed when Valsequillo De Gran Canaria SD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Saez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Víctor Caballero, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 87th minute, Adolfo Taules made a precise shot to the right of Sergi Salgado. Valsequillo De Gran Canaria SD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Sergi Salgado came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Lezo FC's Zarbonin Etxeberria. But to his dismay, Zarbonin Etxeberria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Lezo FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
