Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cristiano Gomar kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Cristiano Gomar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Madaleno Escurza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zernin Casado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raphael Abancens having to interfere. Hassan Gandia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Raphael Abancens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zernin Casado got free with Raphael Abancens in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sofronio Unzueta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lluis Macías kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Sofronio Unzueta hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Cortes FC's Madaleno Escurza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Gomar in the 23rd minute of play. Raphael Abancens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hassan Gandia's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hassan Gandia in the 28th minute of play forced Jesús Pobre's goalkeeper Raphael Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Aquiles Zapata was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jesús Pobre's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cortes FC the free kick. In the 29th match minute, Jesús Pobre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Zapata to maneuver through the defense. Benedicto Munoz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Sofronio Unzueta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sofronio Unzueta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Madaleno Escurza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristiano Gomar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Madaleno Escurza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hassan Gandia made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Jesús Pobre's goal looked a bit too open when Hassan Gandia came free, but Raphael Abancens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 minutes, Hassan Gandia made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Jesús Pobre's Raphael Abancens tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 66 minutes, Lluis Macías mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cortes FC and the Jesús Pobre players grew even worse after the yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sofronio Unzueta couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute, Cristiano Gomar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th match minute, Jesús Pobre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tato Leseduarte to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the game, Jesús Pobre's Cristiano Gomar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Madaleno Escurza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.
