Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Natxo Blanco made the kick off which started today's match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marin Bacete in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oier Marquez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Yemeda getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Eguzki Muelas hit a great ball. Lordi Caballero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henric Puyol having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lordi Caballero in the 12th minute of play forced Yemeda's goalkeeper Henric Puyol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Marin Bacete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oier Marquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eguzki Muelas in the 16th minute of the match. Guillen Durango hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Marin Bacete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oier Marquez having to interfere. Guillen Durango charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guillen Durango the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 28 minutes into the match, Lordi Caballero notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Yemeda's Henric Puyol. Henric Puyol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A hard shot 32 in the game by Lordi Caballero from a close distance when the talented Henric Puyol managed to make a qualified save. Yemeda's players were relieved. Henric Puyol came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Valdemarin's Lordi Caballero. But to his dismay, Lordi Caballero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Henric Puyol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lordi Caballero in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eguzki Muelas to make the kick off. Natxo Blanco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Elisardo Gala fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yemeda's protests and gave Elisardo Gala a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 minutes, Idacio Carballeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yemeda and the Valdemarin players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Valdemarin booed when Yemeda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Idacio Carballeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Yemeda's Marin Bacete sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oier Marquez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oier Marquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eguzki Muelas in the 68th minute of play. Henric Puyol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lordi Caballero in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Valdemarin booed when Yemeda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Puyol didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 78 minutes, Natxo Blanco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valdemarin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natxo Blanco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 79 played minutes Yemeda got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Ucero. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natxo Blanco in the 81st minute of play forced Yemeda's goalkeeper Henric Puyol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 played minutes Valdemarin got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Balcells. Poli Bernal hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Eguzki Muelas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oier Marquez having to make a save. Marin Bacete's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oier Marquez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Oier Marquez was a little too slow when Marin Bacete got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Yemeda players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Valdemarin.
