After a defensive mix-up in Purchil AFC's zone, Sagrario Palencia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xandro Helguera came out of the goal and Sagrario Palencia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eriz Titos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cordarin Babia in the 10th minute of play. Sagrario Palencia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xandro Helguera having to interfere. Eriz Titos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Truylos Pacheco in the 39th minute of play. If Sagrario Palencia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for James Abrego to strike the kick off in the second half. Sagrario Palencia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xandro Helguera having to interfere. Mundo Montes charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mundo Montes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Olaskoegi Arrutegia AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Mundo Montes hit a great ball. Nabar Figueroa charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nabar Figueroa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nabar Figueroa hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 62 minutes of play Olaskoegi Arrutegia AFC's Nabar Figueroa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 63rd match minute, Olaskoegi Arrutegia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nabar Figueroa to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute of the match Julián Puig shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eriz Titos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eriz Titos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Truylos Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After a rather tough play, Olaskoegi Arrutegia AFC's Flavio Morales got a free kick in the 73rd minute. If Cordarin Babia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Truylos Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Eriz Titos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xandro Helguera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
