Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Blasi Alfaro made the kick off and thus started the match. Clemente Zubiaga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cruz Zaplana. La Aceña's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Justin Olmedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edilberto Jauregui in the 5th minute of play. Cruz Zaplana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blasi Alfaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Grifeu's Justin Olmedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edilberto Jauregui in the 9th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in La Aceña's zone, Blasi Alfaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cruz Zaplana came out of the goal and Blasi Alfaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Antxo Galdamez came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the La Aceña fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antxo Galdamez couldn't finish the play. Edilberto Jauregui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Justin Olmedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tartalo Lopez de Toro scored 1-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cruz Zaplana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tartalo Lopez de Toro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cruz Zaplana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Antxo Galdamez managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Aceña's supporters rose to their feet, but Antxo Galdamez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justin Olmedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Edilberto Jauregui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute Edilberto Jauregui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justin Olmedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to La Aceña getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Matxin Hevia hit a great ball. In the 44th minute of the match, Blasi Alfaro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cruz Zaplana saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 47th minute Grifeu were awarded a corner. Clemente Zubiaga went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Grifeu's Clemente Zubiaga to fire away a dangerous shot which Cruz Zaplana despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Justin Olmedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matxin Hevia in the 49th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antxo Galdamez to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Grifeu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antolin Carballido to maneuver through the defense. Antxo Galdamez took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justin Olmedo. Justin Olmedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to La Aceña getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Federico Fuentes hit a great ball. Cruz Zaplana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tartalo Lopez de Toro went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Grifeu getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Eduino Climent hit a great ball. Edilberto Jauregui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justin Olmedo having to interfere. In the 71st minute Blasi Alfaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cruz Zaplana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justin Olmedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edilberto Jauregui in the 76th minute. A collision led to Grifeu getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Eduino Climent hit a great ball. Grifeu's Justin Olmedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Grifeu from getting a goal against them. Antxo Galdamez might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Justin Olmedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antxo Galdamez ran back to his position shaking his head. Blasi Alfaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antxo Galdamez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justin Olmedo having to interfere. A collision led to Grifeu getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Antolin Carballido hit a great ball. The supporters of Grifeu booed when La Aceña was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matxin Hevia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the match, La Aceña's goal looked a bit too open when Blasi Alfaro came free, but Cruz Zaplana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 98 played minutes Antxo Galdamez rounded Grifeu's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
