After a rather tough play, El Bassot FC's Mustafá Llorente got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Luis Zapico, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 24 minutes, Mustafá Llorente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Bassot FC and the Gamiz players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arcadio Ramiréz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Román Lillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. A collision led to El Bassot FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Lazaro Fuster hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Gamiz's Román Lillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arcadio Ramiréz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mustafá Llorente in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xavier Rapado saved Gamiz from getting behind. Gamiz's Xavier Rapado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Gamiz from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute, Víctor Dulce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arcadio Ramiréz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Plauto Otero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Xavier Rapado made a huge save. In the 62nd minute, Víctor Dulce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The El Bassot FC fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when El Bassot FC's Leizarraga Lillo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Víctor Dulce was extremely unlucky when he, in the 70th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With his leg Arcadio Ramiréz managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Gamiz's Román Lillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Leizarraga Lillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the game, one of El Bassot FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
