Plauto Otero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Muno Briso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Leizarraga Lillo struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Muno Briso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Bassot FC. Duardo Sánchez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duardo Sánchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Arcadio Ramiréz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 played minutes El Bassot FC got a freekick which was hit by Leizarraga Lillo. Arcadio Ramiréz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duardo Sánchez in the 30th minute of play. Abdet FC's attack was well implemented in the 33rd minute, but when Duardo Sánchez was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leizarraga Lillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Abdet FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Duardo Sánchez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arcadio Ramiréz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 58 minutes, Duardo Sánchez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abdet FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duardo Sánchez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Muno Briso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leizarraga Lillo in the 60th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, El Bassot FC's Leizarraga Lillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Muno Briso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Xusto Elias hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 65th match minute, El Bassot FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Plauto Otero to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in El Bassot FC's zone, Felix Camacho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arcadio Ramiréz came out of the goal and Felix Camacho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafá Llorente during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 69 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Abdet FC's Felix Camacho fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After 70 played minutes El Bassot FC got a freekick which was hit by Geronimo Vuelta. Leizarraga Lillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Muno Briso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to El Bassot FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Geronimo Vuelta hit a great ball. Sanson Grau, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Abdet FC's Felix Camacho came free and shot a quick shot against goal 86 minutes in the game, fortunately Arcadio Ramiréz had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Mustafá Llorente hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. If Duardo Sánchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Felix Camacho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Plauto Otero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. El Bassot FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Abdet FC for a fine match.
