Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amancio Sobrado kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes, Figueres AFC's Urtsin Villanueva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gabino Cuevas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Figueres AFC reached it. Gabino Cuevas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tonio Landa in the 4th minute. 7 minutes into the game, Sinforoso Gonzalvez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Figueres AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ezcay FC the free kick. Ted Pantoja hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Figueres AFC's goalkeeper Danilo Gonzáles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Ezcay FC's goalkeeper Gabino Cuevas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tonio Landa. 21 minutes into the match, Amancio Sobrado notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Figueres AFC's Danilo Gonzáles. Danilo Gonzáles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Sinforoso Gonzalvez came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Figueres AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sinforoso Gonzalvez couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Figueres AFC booed when Ezcay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jokin Baeza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ted Pantoja, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the match had been going on for 39 minutes, Figueres AFC's Ted Pantoja got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gabino Cuevas. Tonio Landa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Gabino Cuevas made a huge save. After having played for 46 minutes, Tonio Landa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Figueres AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tonio Landa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Orlo Zubiaga made the kick off in the second half. Amancio Sobrado struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Danilo Gonzáles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ezcay FC. 61 minutes into the match, Claudio Pais had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Danilo Gonzáles. Figueres AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claudio Pais was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Boniel Carmona hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Ezcay FC's Gabino Cuevas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlo Zubiaga in the 74th minute of play. Amancio Sobrado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Figueres AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Sobrado came free, but Danilo Gonzáles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ezcay FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
