Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ezcay FC's Amancio Sobrado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, Amancio Sobrado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ioseba Griful. Amancio Sobrado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ioseba Griful took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amancio Sobrado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amancio Sobrado in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ioseba Griful saved Bentolea from getting behind. In the 13th minute Loreto Zurica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabino Cuevas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudio Pais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ioseba Griful having to interfere. In the 19thth minute of the game Loreto Zurica who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ezcay FC's Gabino Cuevas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gabino Cuevas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from García Zaplana in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Jonas Quesada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ezcay FC's Gabino Cuevas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute, García Zaplana made a precise shot to the right of Gabino Cuevas. Ezcay FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. García Zaplana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabino Cuevas having to interfere. When Mariano Quintana fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bentolea's protests and gave Mariano Quintana a yellow card for diving instead. Gabino Cuevas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from García Zaplana in the 47th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Loreto Zurica made a kick off. García Zaplana's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gabino Cuevas firmly grabbed it by the left post. García Zaplana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Gabino Cuevas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Bentolea booed when Ezcay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasto Jaraba didn't get a good kick on the ball. García Zaplana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabino Cuevas having to interfere. Ioseba Griful showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Sobrado in the 73rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ezcay FC's zone, Loreto Zurica stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabino Cuevas came out of the goal and Loreto Zurica tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 78 played minutes Ezcay FC got a freekick which was hit by Chepe Gomar. Gabino Cuevas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loreto Zurica in the 81st minute of play. Gabino Cuevas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loreto Zurica in the 83rd minute of the match. When García Zaplana came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Bentolea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that García Zaplana couldn't finish the play. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ezcay FC! Lluis Iglesias placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Amancio Sobrado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Ioseba Griful tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
