El Burgo De Ebro's Napoleón Elias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save El Burgo De Ebro from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Galsino Griful during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Galsino Griful kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Perrando Sobrado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yader Navarro in the 8th minute of play. Yader Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Loiu's Perrando Sobrado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yader Navarro in the 12th minute of play. Napoleón Elias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liberto Mata, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Galsino Griful was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 15 minutes had been played. In the 15th minute, Galsino Griful hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the game, Yader Navarro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Burgo De Ebro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Loiu the free kick. The supporters of Loiu booed when El Burgo De Ebro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yader Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Liberto Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nazario Pujol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Liberto Mata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute.
