Romualdo Alonso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iban Torrente's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. With a little luck, Loiu's Perrando Sobrado got control of the ball when Hanot Saavedra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Remigio Pascua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perrando Sobrado having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remigio Pascua made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remigio Pascua in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Perrando Sobrado saved Loiu from getting behind. Ceferino Palanques's late challenge caught a Mas De Pesetes SAD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remigio Pascua dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 66th minute Remigio Pascua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perrando Sobrado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hanot Saavedra came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Mas De Pesetes SAD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hanot Saavedra couldn't finish the play. Remigio Pascua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Loiu players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Mas De Pesetes SAD from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
