Napoleón Elias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Pascua, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After some careless play in the Mas De Pesetes SAD defense, Ruperto Batuecas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romualdo Alonso. The Mas De Pesetes SAD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romualdo Alonso should have stopped the shot. Ruperto Batuecas hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Napoleón Elias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigio Pascua in the 24th minute of play. Juanito Salgado kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, El Burgo De Ebro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimir Abajas to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes Mas De Pesetes SAD got a freekick which was hit by Rainerio Calderon. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yader Navarro during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Yader Navarro hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. With a little luck, El Burgo De Ebro's Napoleón Elias got control of the ball when Hanot Saavedra tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Remigio Pascua was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in El Burgo De Ebro's zone, Remigio Pascua stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Napoleón Elias came out of the goal and Remigio Pascua tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 70 minutes into the match, El Burgo De Ebro's Yader Navarro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romualdo Alonso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 77th match minute, Mas De Pesetes SAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Pascua to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in El Burgo De Ebro fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! Napoleón Elias went to the wrong direction when Zeledon Caminero was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After a rather tough play, El Burgo De Ebro's Juanito Salgado got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Remigio Pascua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Yader Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes in the game, Yader Navarro fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Romualdo Alonso having to interfere. Mas De Pesetes SAD's Romualdo Alonso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Mas De Pesetes SAD from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victor Silva during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to El Burgo De Ebro getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Victor Silva hit a great ball. In the 100thth minute of the game Hanot Saavedra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Burgo De Ebro's Napoleón Elias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched El Burgo De Ebro eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
