Eustaquio Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Tonio Manrique fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Blazquez having to interfere. Ioseba Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 13 minutes, Rufino Lillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montfulla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rufino Lillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antxo Morado got free with Silvio Blazquez in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute of the match, Rufino Lillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Silvio Blazquez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that Antxo Morado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvio Blazquez was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Antxo Morado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Silvio Blazquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35thth minute of the game Rufino Lillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Otura UD's Silvio Blazquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Fagondo Morcego was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montfulla FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Otura UD the free kick. In the 36th minute, Fagondo Morcego hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Montfulla FC's zone, Jusepe Alavedra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandro Riells came out of the goal and Jusepe Alavedra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guifre Veloso hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. If Rufino Lillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvio Blazquez made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Antxo Morado sent off a good shot on target. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rufino Lillo to make the kick off. Gaston Astudillo charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaston Astudillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Montfulla FC's Gaston Astudillo got a free kick in the 55th minute. Ioseba Toledo's late challenge caught a Montfulla FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ioseba Toledo helped the player get up and apologised. Ioseba Toledo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Sandro Riells made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ioseba Toledo in the 61st minute of play. Montfulla FC's Sandro Riells proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Montfulla FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Antxo Morado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montfulla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Antxo Morado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvio Blazquez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ioseba Toledo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sandro Riells read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Guifre Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Sandro Riells tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex Zubiaga kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Montfulla FC's Tonio Manrique in action when he in the 84th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! When Antxo Morado came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Montfulla FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antxo Morado couldn't finish the play. Silvio Blazquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rufino Lillo in the 88th minute of play. Sandro Riells showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jusepe Alavedra, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. If Jusepe Alavedra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
