Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Valdo Ponce De Leon kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Gerardo Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuevas Del Norte's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Marquez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Garikoitz Parra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Boni Guerrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cuevas Del Norte's Boni Guerrero in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Santibañez El Alto's goalie prevented a goal. Silvio Abancens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Garikoitz Parra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th match minute, Santibañez El Alto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipo Bergada to maneuver through the defense. Boni Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Santibañez El Alto's zone, Boni Guerrero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garikoitz Parra came out of the goal and Boni Guerrero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Jauregui in the 30th minute of play forced Santibañez El Alto's goalkeeper Garikoitz Parra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrés-Fernando Munoz was a little too slow when Valdo Ponce De Leon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Aurelio De Pablo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cuevas Del Norte's zone, Valdo Ponce De Leon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrés-Fernando Munoz came out of the goal and Valdo Ponce De Leon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the last second Andrés-Fernando Munoz throw himself and got hold of the ball when Valdo Ponce De Leon in the 41stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Santibañez El Alto's Garikoitz Parra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boni Guerrero in the 44th minute of play. When Valdo Ponce De Leon came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Santibañez El Alto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdo Ponce De Leon couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Boni Guerrero to strike the kick off in the second half. Boni Guerrero struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Garikoitz Parra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuevas Del Norte. After 60 played minutes Cuevas Del Norte got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Jauregui. When Felipo Bergada fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santibañez El Alto's protests and gave Felipo Bergada a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th minute, Felipo Bergada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boni Guerrero in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Garikoitz Parra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th minute, Boni Guerrero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvio Abancens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Garikoitz Parra made a huge save. Boni Guerrero might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Garikoitz Parra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Boni Guerrero ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 83rd play minute Gerardo Marquez came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Garikoitz Parra. 1-1. Valdo Ponce De Leon scored 2-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrés-Fernando Munoz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Santibañez El Alto getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Enrique Aranzubia hit a great ball.
