Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zuberoa Coya in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pelayo Ballesteros saved Ariniz AFC from getting behind. Josete Abrego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Coira in the 13th minute. Andrés-Fernando Taules received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Pelayo Ballesteros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Joanes Quintas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ruenes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ariniz AFC the free kick. A collision led to Ruenes getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Joanes Quintas hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the game, Brun Ferrer lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Josete Abrego. Breixo Zamora hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brun Ferrer in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Josete Abrego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brun Ferrer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Josete Abrego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Coira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josete Abrego having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ariniz AFC's zone, Alatz Alcaraz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pelayo Ballesteros came out of the goal and Alatz Alcaraz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zuberoa Coya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Pelayo Ballesteros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pelayo Ballesteros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zuberoa Coya's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Andrés-Fernando Taules came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Ruenes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrés-Fernando Taules couldn't finish the play. Andrés-Fernando Taules fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pelayo Ballesteros having to interfere. Andrés-Fernando Taules recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Ariniz AFC's Kaiet Bouzas got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Charro Saavedra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pelayo Ballesteros. Ariniz AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ruenes's zone, Brun Ferrer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josete Abrego came out of the goal and Brun Ferrer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Zuberoa Coya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ruenes's supporters rose to their feet, but Zuberoa Coya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pelayo Ballesteros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Andrés-Fernando Taules came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Ruenes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrés-Fernando Taules couldn't finish the play. Ruenes's Zuberoa Coya got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Hernando Zabalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruenes played a much better game than Ariniz AFC and deserved their victory. The Ariniz AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
