Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Salvador Baeza started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the game, Argi Palomar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alaquàs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villacorza CD the free kick. The supporters of Villacorza CD booed when Alaquàs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Argi Palomar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florinio Puig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaizka Baltanas, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Delmar Marcos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Laureano Rivera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 minutes of play, Alaquàs's Delmar Marcos made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laureano Rivera was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Villacorza CD's zone, Salvador Baeza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laureano Rivera came out of the goal and Salvador Baeza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the match, Alaquàs's goal looked a bit too open when Gaizka Baltanas came free, but Florinio Puig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laureano Rivera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Marcos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafín Harroyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florinio Puig having to interfere. If Delmar Marcos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Laureano Rivera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Marcos in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaizka Baltanas to make the kick off. Villacorza CD's Laureano Rivera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Baeza in the 57th minute of play. Laureano Rivera came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Alaquàs's Salvador Baeza. But to his dismay, Salvador Baeza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Gaston Titos's late challenge caught a Alaquàs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaston Titos helped the player get up and apologised. 69 minutes into the game, one of Villacorza CD:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Serafín Harroyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 78 minutes in the game, Salvador Baeza fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Laureano Rivera having to interfere. 0-4 became the score in the 81st minute when Delmar Marcos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Joan Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Argi Palomar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laureano Rivera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Baeza in the 93rd minute of play. Delmar Marcoss short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Laureano Rivera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 97 minutes into the match, Delmar Marcos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laureano Rivera. Villacorza CD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Delmar Marcos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Alaquàs played a much better game than Villacorza CD and deserved their victory. The Villacorza CD players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
