Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Caetano Cabada started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 minutes, Lorien Leon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Padrón FC and the Molinilla CD players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, El Padrón FC's Lorien Leon got a free kick in the 2nd minute. When Florentino Landa fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Molinilla CD's protests and gave Florentino Landa a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of El Padrón FC booed when Molinilla CD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florentino Landa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Marcial Pena sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Molinilla CD's Xavier Maroto didn't even have to move. After a defensive mix-up in Molinilla CD's zone, Galo Solo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xavier Maroto came out of the goal and Galo Solo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristián Dorado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Coira having to interfere. Caetano Cabada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Coira having to interfere. Primitivo Mas succeeded in the game's 29th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. In the 33rd minute, El Padrón FC's Galo Solo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Xavier Maroto. Xavier Maroto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Cristián Dorado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Bernard Coira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Galo Solo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xavier Maroto having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Primitivo Mas to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Cristián Dorado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernard Coira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Cabada in the 57th minute of play. A collision led to El Padrón FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Dario Montero hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Caetano Cabada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zenon Beloki charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zenon Beloki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in El Padrón FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! Xavier Maroto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Galo Solo's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, El Padrón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Cabada came free, but Bernard Coira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Cabada in the 84th minute of play forced El Padrón FC's goalkeeper Bernard Coira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 played minutes Molinilla CD got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Radaban. Primitivo Mas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Galo Solo in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xavier Maroto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristián Dorado struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Bernard Coira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Molinilla CD. When the referee blew the final whistle, El Padrón FC could leave the field as winners, despite Molinilla CD having more of the ball for most of the match.
