Sarracino Astudillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Benedicto Batuecas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albert Casals made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Ospin Odín sent off a good shot on target. Aureo Martin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sarracino Astudillo came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Gerena AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sarracino Astudillo couldn't finish the play. Osoro Cuevas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Casals having to interfere. Albert Casals stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osoro Cuevas's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osoro Cuevas in the 45th minute of play forced Gerena AFC's goalkeeper Albert Casals to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aureo Martin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Benedicto Batuecas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sarracino Astudillo was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Gerena AFC booed when Sorogain Lastur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Jubera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerena AFC were furious when Dino Gene was red carded, 84 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Sorogain Lastur a penalty, 86 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lauren Pacheco, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gerena AFC's Albert Casals. 1-0. If Ospin Odín had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Gerena AFC's zone, Osoro Cuevas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albert Casals came out of the goal and Osoro Cuevas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerena AFC's Albert Casals played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osoro Cuevas in the 94th minute of play. Albert Casals showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osoro Cuevas in the 99th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sorogain Lastur had won after a very even match.
