Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Burni Torres started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Beniparrell's zone, Berenguer Tormes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Fernandez came out of the goal and Berenguer Tormes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Beniparrell booed when Rio Verde FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfredo Redondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Fernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicolao Lama went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Burni Torres in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Troy Fresnos saved Rio Verde FC from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Baleren Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beniparrell's supporters rose to their feet, but Baleren Flores was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Troy Fresnos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Rio Verde FC booed when Beniparrell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magdaleno Escurza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Fernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolao Lama's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Rio Verde FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Burni Torres scored to the left of an out of position Troy Fresnos, making the score, 2-1. Toni Valdés's late challenge caught a Beniparrell's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toni Valdés helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, one of Rio Verde FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rio Verde FC. In the 34th minute there was a penalty for Beniparrell. Reynaldo Romero stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Troy Fresnos. 3-1. Berenguer Tormes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Dario Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolao Lama in the 46th minute of play forced Beniparrell's goalkeeper Dario Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicolao Lama stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Beniparrell's Baleren Flores sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Troy Fresnos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burni Torres in the 52nd minute of play forced Rio Verde FC's goalkeeper Troy Fresnos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eneas Alavedra's late challenge caught a Beniparrell's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eneas Alavedra helped the player get up and apologised. Dario Fernandez made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Nicolao Lama sent off a good shot on target. Germán Perpiñán hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Berenguer Tormes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beniparrell's Burni Torres pulled a muscle in his back after 67 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Rufino Odín's late challenge caught a Beniparrell's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rufino Odín helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Beniparrell getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Uhin Garate hit a great ball. After 75 played minutes Beniparrell got a freekick which was hit by Uhin Garate. Baleren Flores struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Troy Fresnos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beniparrell. Baleren Flores sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Magdaleno Escurza struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Troy Fresnos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beniparrell. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baleren Flores in the 83rd minute of play forced Rio Verde FC's goalkeeper Troy Fresnos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Berenguer Tormes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 played minutes Beniparrell got a freekick which was hit by Magdaleno Escurza. After a rather tough play, Beniparrell's Reynaldo Romero got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
