When Sancho Rossello came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Torrellano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sancho Rossello couldn't finish the play. Armando Encina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barto Arraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Polifemo Titos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Encina having to interfere. Armando Encina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barto Arraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Nacho Serrano charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nacho Serrano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arrubal AD's Barto Arraz got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manuel Macho's late challenge caught a Arrubal AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Macho helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th minute, Manuel Macho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barto Arraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Barto Arraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zarando Turienzo took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chico Vives. Chico Vives dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Arrubal AD defense, Zarando Turienzo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chico Vives. The Arrubal AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chico Vives should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Barto Arraz to strike the kick off in the second half. Armando Encina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Polifemo Titos, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. If Barto Arraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sancho Rossello in the 76th minute of play forced Arrubal AD's goalkeeper Chico Vives to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zarando Turienzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Arrubal AD's Chico Vives got control of the ball when Zarando Turienzo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sancho Rossello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Vives having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Torrellano had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
