In the 3rd match minute, El Pedrucho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Casado to maneuver through the defense. Gaston Erosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemencin Vives in the 5th minute of the match. Aldo Casado hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Carles Jurado kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Ostadar Morales might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Justo Rojas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ostadar Morales ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 18 minutes, Jaime Paredes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Pedrucho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Paredes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd match minute, El Pedrucho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Paredes to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carles Jurado in the 25th minute of play forced El Pedrucho FC's goalkeeper Gaston Erosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaston Erosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemencin Vives, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Carles Jurado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ostadar Morales might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Justo Rojas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ostadar Morales ran back to his position shaking his head. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ostadar Morales to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, El Pedrucho FC's Ostadar Morales nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Justo Rojas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Jaime Paredes struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Justo Rojas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Pedrucho FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemencin Vives in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaston Erosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clemencin Vives fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Erosa having to interfere. Aeropuerto Internacional De Almería FC's Justo Rojas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Paredes in the 72nd minute of play. Gaston Erosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemencin Vives in the 73rd minute of play. After 74 minutes, Txema Maldonado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Pedrucho FC and the Aeropuerto Internacional De Almería FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th minute, Txema Maldonado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. El Pedrucho FC's Gaston Erosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemencin Vives in the 85th minute of play. Clemencin Vives sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Aeropuerto Internacional De Almería FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
