Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pere Camacho kicked off to start the match. Tomi Rossello hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Julio Soler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Blanco, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Julio Soler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Zubiaga in the 10th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Pere Camacho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alella's supporters rose to their feet, but Pere Camacho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan-Francisco Zapata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Berbiz Canyelles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Alella fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Alella's Pere Camacho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Eduardo Carceles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Julio Soler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aldo Valdivia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd match minute, Alella was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Auderico Castelao to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute Aldo Valdivia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Soler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celedonio Valdés kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Madrid's Paulo Zubiaga got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Alella's goalkeeper Julio Soler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Aldo Valdivia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Madrid fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Paulo Zubiaga took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Soler. Julio Soler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When Paulo Zubiaga got free in front of the goal in the 43rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Julio Soler was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Julio Soler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Zubiaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aldo Valdivia in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Soler saved Alella from getting behind.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aldo Valdivia to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Madrid's Paulo Zubiaga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Soler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Madrid's Aldo Valdivia got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pere Camacho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Auderico Castelao in the 73rd minute of play forced Madrid's goalkeeper Juan-Francisco Zapata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Soler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Valdivia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pere Camacho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Auderico Castelao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Nisio Abellan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan-Francisco Zapata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pere Camacho in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Nisio Abellan notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Madrid's Juan-Francisco Zapata. Juan-Francisco Zapata was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
