The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, El Pont Del Princep was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aintza Diaz to maneuver through the defense. Julián Cuervas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Dominguez having to interfere. Valentín Nafría hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. If Julián Cuervas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Alcadio Benedicto managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Pont Del Princep's supporters rose to their feet, but Alcadio Benedicto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Garaile Castellano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Garaile Castellano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asdrubal Palomares in the 30th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Vidural CD's goal looked a bit too open when Asdrubal Palomares came free, but Garaile Castellano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blas Dominguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rufino Quesada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd match minute, El Pont Del Princep was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentín Nafría to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Vidural CD booed when El Pont Del Princep was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alcadio Benedicto didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Vidural CD's Rufino Quesada slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Blas Dominguez. That made the score 1-0 after 49 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Garaile Castellano made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Alcadio Benedicto sent off a good shot on target. Julián Cuervas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Blas Dominguez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of El Pont Del Princep:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vidural CD:s goal. 73 minutes into the match, El Pont Del Princep's goal looked a bit too open when Julián Camacho came free, but Blas Dominguez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by El Pont Del Princep's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eron Lagunas was slow to take the kick. During this time Vidural CD's players had a chance to rest. Julián Cuervas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Dominguez having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julián Cuervas in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blas Dominguez saved El Pont Del Princep from getting behind. 91 minutes into the match, El Pont Del Princep's goal looked a bit too open when Rufino Quesada came free, but Blas Dominguez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 96th play minutes Asdrubal Palomares shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Garaile Castellano and just under the crossbar into goal. Alcadio Benedicto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garaile Castellano having to interfere.
